I remember growing up dealing with acne. When I would have an outbreak I would always run into the girls I had a crush on. I am not kidding, I mean don't get me wrong it didn't happen every time but even if it happened one in a hundred times it felt like it. Emotion is very powerful when it comes to memory. You could drive to work everyday and remember very little but the one day there is an accident you can remember it distinctly. During that stage in life I had lots of insecurities and acne just seemed like the icing on the cake. If I meat Mother Nature on the street I am afraid I would have to give her a good scolding. When it comes to treating acne the first thing to remember is that you need to take care of your health as a whole. I always prefer natural treatments - granted they may take a little longer to take effect but when you have a more holistic approach your odds of overcoming the cause is far greater hence acne does not come back to haunt you in the future, unless of course you start stuffing your face with pitza and chocolate cake. For me I just started eating lots of fruit in the morning then I would drink at least ninety ounces of water. When ever I washed my face I used a new towel and always patted my skin dry. I started to eat a lot more fresh food and of course I exercised. Every other day I would steam my face and rinse with cold water and would change my bed clothing at the same time. Overall not only did I clear my skin but I also felt great and to be honest these days I cannot stand food no matter how good it tastes that makes me feel like crap. I hope this article will give you some insight and I wish you the happiest and healthiest skin in the world.
